📮 My Item Was Sent to a Post Box — Can myGermany Pick It Up?

Unfortunately, no.
If your parcel was delivered to a German pick-up station, PO box, or Packstation instead of our warehouse address, we cannot retrieve it on your behalf.

❌ Why Not?

  • German law requires the recipient to appear in person to collect items from pick-up stations

  • Despite repeated attempts, our team has not been successful in retrieving such items — even with authorization

  • It often results in lost time and unrecoverable effort

🚫 Please Note:

  • Do not send parcels to Packstations or PO boxes

  • myGermany will not respond to email requests asking us to retrieve items from such locations

Please contact the seller or shipping provider to request redelivery to your myGermany warehouse address.
