✅ What Is Drop Shipment?

Drop Shipment means your package is:

• Forwarded the same day we receive it

• Not opened, inspected, or repacked

• Not consolidated with other parcels

This follows a First-In–First-Out approach, saving time and costs.
You’ll receive an email and Inbox notification once the parcel arrives, and after you choose the shipping option and pay, the parcel is forwarded immediately — as received.

🔐 Insurance & Responsibility

You can still select transport insurance during shipment setup.
📌 Note: Since we do not open or repack Drop Shipments, myGermany cannot be held liable for issues related to packaging or content quality.
Exception: Damaged incoming parcels will be repacked to protect your goods.

🚫 When Is Drop Shipment Not Available?

Drop Shipment cannot be used for:

• Packages already received at our warehouse (must be marked in advance)

• Deutsche Warenpost

• Freight shipments

• Concierge orders

• Pickups sent directly to you
