myGermany supports returns both within Germany and from abroad, depending on your situation.


🇩🇪 Return from myGermany to the Original Seller (Within Germany)

If you've received:

  • ❌ Wrong or damaged items

  • 🚫 Products not as described

You may return them free of charge or for a small processing fee if no reason is given.

📌 Please note:

  • Concierge Orders may be excluded if they were discounted or part of a special offer

  • Returns must be initiated within the allowed return period of the original seller

  • Return requests can be submitted via your myOrders > Inbox


🌍 Return from Your Country to myGermany / Seller in Germany

You may return shipments from outside Germany back to myGermany or directly to the original seller.
However, be aware:

  • This may result in higher shipping and customs costs

  • A €15.00 administration fee applies

  • All transportation and customs charges must be covered by the customer


📦 To avoid unnecessary returns, we recommend using our Inspection Service before shipping your items.
