🔁 Can I Return Concierge Orders?
Yes — returns are possible in many cases, but subject to conditions.
✅ When Returns Are Possible
You may return items if:

They are damaged, incorrect, or not as described (e.g. wrong size or color)

The retailer allows returns (many do, even though it's not legally required)
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis depending on the seller’s policy.
⚖️ Legal Note
Since myGermany purchases as a company, there is no automatic right of return under German law. However, we do our best to arrange returns whenever retailers accept them.

We charge a €10.00 processing fee per return

The Concierge service fee is non-refundable

Discounted or special Concierge orders may not be returnable. We’ll inform you in such cases before ordering.
