It depends on the type of Concierge service you use:
🛍️ If myGermany Purchases on Your Behalf
The goods must be sent to our warehouse first.
This is required for legal and liability reasons — we need to verify, inspect, and handle the shipment properly before forwarding it to you.
📦 If myGermany Picks Up an Item You Purchased
If you already paid the seller directly, and we are only handling the pickup, the goods can be sent directly to your address.
Just let us know in the Concierge Form when placing your request.
