✏️ Can I Modify or Cancel a Concierge Order?

Yes — as long as we haven’t started processing your order, you can edit or cancel it anytime.

✅ When Cancellation or Changes Are Still Possible

You may modify or cancel your Concierge order if:

  • We haven’t placed the order yet

  • We haven’t contacted the seller or started a pickup

  • This is usually within 1–2 business days after you submit your form

To cancel, simply log into your account and go to:
myOrders → Concierge Box

💸 Refunds

If we haven’t taken any action yet, your full payment will be refunded (100%).
Once we’ve started processing the order, modification or cancellation is no longer possible.



📌 Important Reminder About Returns
If an order has already been placed and needs to be returned, it depends on the seller’s return policy.

  • Many retailers accept returns even without a legal obligation

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days after item arrival at our warehouse

  • Return handling fee: €10.00

  • The Concierge service fee (10%) is non-refundable
