Yes, you’re welcome to collect your parcels directly from our warehouse — but please contact us in advance.

📅 What You Need to Know:

  • Pre-arrangement required – Please contact us before your visit

  • Valid ID must be shown at pickup

  • Pickup fee (standard packages): €39.00

  • Freight pickup: Fee calculated individually based on size, weight, and handling effort

⚠️ VAT Refund Limitation

If you pick up your parcel yourself, VAT cannot be refunded.
According to German tax law, sellers can only reimburse VAT if they can prove that the goods were shipped outside the EU — which isn’t possible with a personal pickup.
