myGermany provides free storage for a generous period — depending on your membership level. After that, storage fees apply.

If storage exceeds the free period, we offer an additional 90-day paid storage window:

You will be notified by email and in your account before charges apply.
🗑️ Discarding Forgotten Items
If an item remains in our warehouse for more than 120 days, and no instructions are received, we reserve the right to discard it.
These items will be considered abandoned and can no longer be stored or retrieved.
