We provide insurance protection both in our warehouse and during transport, depending on the service and shipping method used.
π While Stored at myGermany
Your items are insured for up to β¬200,000 while stored in our warehouse.
This applies to all packages (except Drop Shipments).
Drop Shipments are excluded, as they are not opened, checked, or repacked by us.
βοΈ During Shipping (Transport Insurance)
Transport insurance is handled by our carrier partners and must be selected during the shipping process.

The maximum insurable value cannot exceed your declared customs value.
Insurance covers:
β Loss or damage to the items
β Carrier shipping rates (partially)
β Import taxes and duties
β myGermany service fees (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
