Yes, you can — with a few important conditions:

✅ For Premium Members

  • Consolidation is free of charge

  • We consolidate parcels up to 30 kg maximum per package

  • You can request consolidation by selecting the relevant order numbers in your account

🚫 For Standard Members

  • Consolidation is not available


⚖️ Why the 30 kg Limit?

To ensure parcel safety and protect our team’s health, we limit consolidated shipments to under 30 kg per box.

If you require a heavier consolidation:

  • Please contact us individually

  • Extra costs will apply


📌 Important Notes:

  • Once a package is consolidated, it cannot be modified further

  • Changes to an already packed parcel may incur additional fees

  • Unshipped consolidated packages may also be subject to handling charges

  • We allow up to 30 minutes of effort per free consolidation — excess time may be billed
