📝 How Do I Change the Goods Value & Article Description?
You can edit the value and description of items in most of your orders — but with some important exceptions.
✏️ How to Edit (for Your Own Orders)
Go to myOrders > Inbox
Hover over the value or description field
Click to edit the entry
These values are used for your shipping and customs documents — it’s your responsibility to ensure accuracy before you initiate shipping.
🚫 Concierge Orders
For Concierge Orders, you cannot change the value.
We are legally required to use the actual purchase value when creating shipping and customs documents.
💼 Customs Declaration & VAT Refund
If you're requesting a Customs Declaration for a VAT refund, the declared value must match the original purchase amount.
This is required for your refund to be accepted by the seller or tax authority.
