✅ Shipping – Yes

We can ship fragile items like vases, ceramic products, or ceran cooktops.
However, please note:

❌ Insurance – Not Available

We cannot insure extremely delicate items such as:

  • Ceran hobs / glass cooktops

  • Porcelain and ceramic vases

These items are excluded from transport insurance due to their high risk of damage during international shipping.

⚠️ Why?

Even with the best packaging (including factory packaging), internal components can be damaged by vibrations and handling stress during transit.
True protection would require a complete internal separation and re-packaging, which can cost €400 or more and is therefore not feasible.
