Once you've placed an order with a German retailer, you can help us ensure faster and more accurate processing by letting us know what you're expecting.
Go to your myGermany Account → Expected Order Box, and click “Add New Delivery”.
Enter the details of your order, such as:
Item description
Quantity
Value
Tracking number (if available)
If you don’t enter the information, we’ll do our best to identify and match incoming items manually — but this may cause delays.
For shipments to non-EU countries, the value listed in your account will be used as the declared customs value.
This value determines your import duties and taxes, so please double-check it!
Once your parcel appears in the Inbox, it’s time to act:
Move the items you want to ship to the Outbox
Choose your shipping provider and method
Select optional services (e.g. extra packaging, insurance)
Confirm your delivery address and pay to initiate shipping
